Who We Are

Elite Medical Sales (EMS) was built on a simple idea: manufacturers deserve a sales partner that works with the same urgency and focus they bring to innovation. Too often, products with clinical value are slowed down by the wrong sales model; large rep groups chasing volume, or manufacturers burning a year trying to hire and train W-2 teams from scratch.

EMS exists to change that. We are a national medical sales force built exclusively for medical manufacturers. By limiting representation to no more than 10 manufacturers at a time, we ensure every client receives focused execution, deeper product knowledge, and immediate market access through an experienced network of sales professionals.

Our team averages 15+ years in healthcare sales. They aren’t “learning the ropes” but rather are ready to run full speed from day 1. With long-standing relationships inside hospital systems, IDNs, ASCs, and private practices, our reps know how to move products into the right accounts quickly and credibly.

Founder Story: Bill Inman

Bill Inman has spent over three decades working at the intersection of healthcare distribution and medical manufacturing. His career began in the trenches of distribution with McKesson and PSS, where he learned the mechanics of supply chain, logistics, and what it takes to deliver consistently in a high-stakes environment.

From there, Bill moved into leadership roles that shaped his approach to sales at scale. As Director of Distribution at Bayer HealthCare, he oversaw complex contracting strategies and supply chain operations across a national footprint. Later, as Western Regional VP at CooperSurgical, he built and led teams responsible for multimillion-dollar growth across competitive territories.

Throughout his career, one theme stood out: success in healthcare sales always came down to the same three things: relationships, execution, and timing. He saw innovative products stall because they couldn’t break into hospital systems fast enough. He saw manufacturers lose ground because they relied on rep groups that spread themselves too thin.

That’s why he launched Elite Medical Sales. Bill wanted to give manufacturers a better option: a boutique national sales force that delivers the speed of activation, the exclusivity of a focused portfolio, and the credibility of a tenured team.

Today, EMS is the result of that vision. A company designed not just to place products, but to help manufacturers build sustainable growth in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
